Rutger Evans was a soldier in World War 2. He was the center in a seige on Dijon, France. This is where he recieved training to be a sniper. He was a sniper for the Russian military. He was let go on an honorable dicharge, which was in our opinion here at Seacliff Mental Hospital, a wrong account. They were falsely checking his mental stature and he fell deeply into mental illness. We recieved him, and diagnosed him correctly with Schizophrenia, Mild Depression and Post Traumatic Stress disorder. He stayed in his own room, in the isolation ward. He then was transfered to a room that he shared with a Mr. George Wahtahala, as he likes to be called. His conditions did not improve and we admisitered several diffferent medications to level his moods, and split personality.
When all this did not work, we furnished a lobtomy. In some odd hours later, a nurse who was checking up on Mr. Evans, found that he was indeed dead. He was laying on his bed - eyes open, mouth ajar, skin pale and limbs astrew. He was pronounced dead on February 4th, 1949 at 5:06 pm.
